In June 2019, less than one month before the scheduled trial date, DPLLP Partner Gus Panagotacos secured a $3 Million settlement on behalf of his client who sustained injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, arising out of a slip and fall at a national retail coffee chain. After more than four years of hard-fought litigation, the plaintiff was finally able to be fairly compensated for the life-changing physical and emotional damages she sustained.
